Multi-page projects call for some creative thinking before hand.

First, what size do you want the finished project to be? The size of a letter – 8.5 x 11 inches? or half that size – 5.5 x 8.5 inches?

Second, how many pages will you have? If that number is smaller than 36 (cover included), your project can be stapled in a middle fold (saddlestitched).

If the project has more than 36 pages, coil bind is a good option. The pages are punched to accept a plastic coil. This method opens easily and lies flat. The left page can even be turned totally to the back.

Other binding options are available, but these are the two we most often use.
